Thanks for sharing this. I did the easter egg game with a group of undergraduate students and I thought it was very effective for teaching basic principles of agile. I added a couple of twists: I made them estimate the number of eggs they could deliver, but allowed them to make 3 guesses in the agile round (1 per sprint). Of course they were able to make accurate estimates by the end of that round! I also dropped in a bit of subtle customer feedback (“customer really likes the stripey eggs - says they will pay double for those”). Afterwards we also talked about how we could have made the process more ‘customer-centric’. In short, it offered a lot of opportunity for adaptation and discussion :-)
